Cancellation Policy
Our commitment to flexibility — and to our clinicians' time.
Notice periods
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient and respect our clinicians' time.
Late cancellation
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at 50% of the session fee.
Same-day cancellation or no-show
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or missed appointments, are charged at the full session fee.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel at short notice due to illness or an unavoidable situation, please get in touch — we'll always do our best to waive the fee.
Insurance-covered appointments
If your appointment is covered by private medical insurance, late cancellation fees are charged to you, not your insurer, in line with standard insurance practice.
