2. Bookings and payment

• Payment is taken at the point of service unless you are insured or on an approved appointment pass
• Prices are those published on the Prices page on the date of treatment
• Insurance pre-authorisation is the patient's responsibility

3. Cancellation

4. Clinical care

All care is provided by registered professionals in line with their professional bodies. We do not guarantee specific outcomes; clinical results depend on many factors.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law. Otherwise, our maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service.
